We collect information about you directly from you, as well as automatically through your use of our Services. We may combine information collected from or about you from these various sources.

Information We Collect Directly From You. We may collect information directly from you. For example, certain areas and features of our Services require registration. To register you must provide your name, phone or email, and birthday. We will also collect and other information that you provide to us, including height, weight, city, state, high school graduation year, or gender.

Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect information about your use of our Services. This information may include, without limitation,  your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referringURL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. User Content

Through our Services, you may create content, such as videos, comments, or other content (collectively, “UserContent”). If you create User Content, all of your User Content, including associated information, such as your name, may be available to the general public, and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy. Clear GIFs, pixel tags, and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. We may use clear GIFs (also referred to as web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities users of our Services, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Services. Security

We have implemented precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Your Choices

Accessing, Modifying, or Deleting Your Personal Information. You may access, modify, or delete personal information that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services for a period of time. In addition, please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, then under Cal. Civ.Code § 1798.83 you may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge ,information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response.

Children

Our Services are not designed for children under 13and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
